Another aspect which many people may not have heard about is short let properties.  These are ideal for business or single users who are looking for a property for a period of one to six months.  They will pay a one off rent fee per week and this will include charges for utility, telephone and even internet usage.

A property may be available as furnished, unfurnished or even part furnished.  Please note that the definitions of these terms are still under scrutiny and that the standard required has derived from common practice.  Unfurnished is where no furniture is provided by the landlord and tenants will bring their own beds, microwaves, tables, chairs etc.  However carpet, curtains, cookers and even a fridge may be included.

Part furnished would depend on the terms of the contract and here you may expect certain items such as tables, wardrobes etc but may not expect a sofa, a divan or a TV etc.
